At the beginning of 2021, at one of the largest enterprises in Chuvashia for the production of electrical products, EnergoMash Plant LLC, the national project “Increasing labor productivity and supporting employment” was launched. As part of their participation in the National Project to Increase Labor Productivity, the experts of the Lin Vector Group of Companies began a comprehensive diagnosis of the enterprise, as well as training and preparing a working team in efficiency improvement tools from among the company's employees.

The project with the participation of experts from Lean Vector LLC will be completed in June. During this time, Lean Vector consultants will prepare internal trainers at Zavod EnergoMash LLC who will be able to independently train colleagues in the principles and tools of building a system of continuous improvements.

At the same time, consultants will train a working group that will optimize production processes. Employees will apply the acquired knowledge and skills in the pilot flow, where they will diagnose the current state in order to identify non-production losses, formulate and implement an action plan to optimize processes and increase productivity, which will reduce production time, increase production and optimize inventories.

The results will be announced in June 2021 with the participation of representatives of the Regional Competence Center of the Chuvash Republic.

Let us recall that the national project “Labor Productivity and Employment Support” is aimed at ensuring growth in labor productivity in medium and large enterprises in basic non-resource sectors of the economy.
